NO. 1777/2025 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 65/2024 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 22/08/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.Nos. 7(iv), 8(i, ii & iii), 12, 18 and 20 by way of paper publication. As stated in the application, the respondents could not be served as per office report. It is further stated that the address of the aforesaid respondents mentioned in the title clause were the old ones which were known to the petitioners and the same were taken from the Courts below. Thus, the petitioners pray for substituted service upon aforesaid respondents.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in local daily newspaper 'Lokmat or Punyanagari' in Marathi widely circulated at Yavatmal, Wardha, Amravati and Nagpur in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.

Counsel to supply copies for issuing notice to R.Nos. 1 and 2, within two weeks.
