NO. 1785/2025 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 2994/2024 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 08/08/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.Nos. 6, 8, 12, 13, 15 and 20 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that the aforesaid respondents could not be served as per bailiff's report. It is further stated that the petitioners have tried to serve the respondents by usual mode, but the service was not effected. Thus, the applicants want to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Dainik Lokdhut' Yavatmal Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
