NO. 1804/2025 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 3978/2008 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 13/08/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.Nos. 3, 4, 9, 20, 28 and 30 by way of paper publication. As stated in the application, the aforesaid respondents could not be served on given address. Further, it is stated that the petitioner does not have the present address of the aforesaid respondents as they were not in employment of the petitioner since long back. Thus, the appellant wants to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Lokmat' in Marathi in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
