We have perused the earlier orders passed by this Court and, prima facie, it appears that nothing further survives for consideration in the present petition. However, Mr. Gadkari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that he has been recently appointed to represent the petitioner before this Court and seeks time to obtain instructions in the matter.

Time granted.

Stand over to 30th March, 2026."
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time on the ground that Senior Counsel is not in town. We may note that on one hand the petitioner is seeking early hearing by filing Civil Application No. 1808/2025 and on the other is seeking time. The civil application is accordingly rejected.
Order wp 3825.2017.odt In addition to what we have noted in the order dated 12-3-2026, the petitioner shall go through the judgments in the case of (1) Santosh Kumar and ors. Vs. Central Warehousing Corporation and anr. [(1986) 2 SCC 343] and (2) Satish Kumar Gupta and ors. Vs. State of Haryana and ors. [(2017) 4 SCC 760] and make submissions as to how cause survive. Stand over to 15-4-2026.
