It is stated that after filing of the petition, the respondents filed the reply stating that the representation tender by the petitioners has been rejected. Therefore, the petitioners want to make necessary amendment in the present matter.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The petitioners to carry out the necessary amendment within a period of one week from today and after carrying out amendment, the amended copy be served to the respondents.
