Mardikar points out to the Court that though there are documents of pre-constitutional period and it supports the case of the petitioner, those have been discarded and the validity has been denied to the petitioner as Kavita

Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

At this stage, learned Senior Advocate Mr.Anil S.Mardikar points out to the Court that the services of the petitioner came to be terminated on 07.08.2025, though the petition is pending and without giving reasonable period to the petitioner to raise a challenge to the impugned order.

In that view of the matter, the impugned order invalidating the caste claim of the petitioner is hereby stayed and further, we stay the order of termination dated 07.08.2025 issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilha Parishad, Wardha till next date.
