NO. 1845/2025 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 889/2025 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 08/08/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.No. 3 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that the aforesaid respondent could not be served as per bailiff's report.

Further, it is stated that the petitioner does not know the changed address of R.No. 3.

Hence, there is no alternative remedy but to issue notice by substitute service by affixing the notice of the present petition at the aforesaid last known address of the R.No. 3.

Thus, the applicant wants to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper in Marathi language of Nagpur edition returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice. And also, by affixing copies of notice on some conspicuous part of last known address of the said respondent in terms of Order V Rule 20(1) of C.P.C. returnable by five weeks.
