The National Highways Authority of India has deposited total amount of Rs.47,23,329/- in this Court. Whereas the Award passed in favour of the petitioner is for the Rs.40,37,383/-. Accordingly, a prayer is made to allow the petitioner to withdraw the amount to the tune of Rs.40,37,383/- and balance amount by the applicant-respondent No.3. The petitioner has no objection to allow this application. Accordingly, considering the Award and the above referred facts, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). 3.

Civil application stands disposed of.
