By the present application, the petitioner wants to add one Ms. Snehal Madhukar Deulkar as party respondent on the ground that the said Snehal was appointed by respondent nos. 5 and 6 by dodging the claim of the petitioner.

Permission is granted to add Ms. Snehal Madhukar Deulkar as party respondent no. 8. The amendment be carried out within a week from today. 4.

The application is disposed of.
