The modification, which is sought by the present application, is practically not possible as even if this application is allowed it will take some time to serve the order on the Caste Scrutiny Committee. According to the petitioner, the date by which the Caste Scrutiny Committee is directed to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner i.e. on 30.08.2025 may be pre-poned and it be made on 22.08.2025. In that eventuality, the Caste Scrutiny Committee will get hardly two to three days to decide. In the circumstances, such prayer cannot be granted.

Accordingly the application is disposed of.
