NO. 1896/2025 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 7555/2023 Coram : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) Dated : 08/10/2025 This application is filed by the applicants for bringing the legal heirs of the deceased R.No. 6 - Maroti Dharmaji Bonde on record. It is stated in the application that during the pendency of the petition, the aforesaid respondent expired on 16/05/2025.

Copy of Death Certificate is annexed with application. The application is supported by affidavit.

It is seen that the aforesaid respondent expired on 16/05/2025 during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 13/08/2025 i.e. within time stipulated and right to sue survives.

Hence, the application is allowed.

Permission is granted to the petitioner to bring the legal heirs of the aforesaid deceased R.No. 6 on record. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
