It is stated in the application that R.No. 6 could not be served. It is further stated that petitioners have tried to serve the R.No. 6 by usual modes, but the service was not effected. Thus, the petitioners want to serve R.No. 6 by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Mahavidharbha' Chandrapur Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
