By way of the present application, the petitioners seek leave to amend the writ petition so as to incorporate a challenge to the Government Resolution dated 18.02.2021, and to add consequential grounds in support thereof.

Per contra, learned Counsel appearing for respondent no.2 strongly opposed the application stating that the petitioner can challenge the same by filing separate petition.

In the present petition, according to our opinion to avoid multiplicity of proceeding and to reach the logical end of the matter, amendment is necessary. 5.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.

The petitioner is hereby directed to place on record the amended copy of the petition and same shall be supplied on other side on or before the next date. 7.
