Since, right to proceed in the matter survives in favour of the legal heirs of deceased petitioner no.1, permission to substitute the names of the applicants in place of deceased petitioner no.1, is granted. 4.

Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.

The civil application is allowed and disposed of. 5.
