DATED :- 12.09.2025 This Court permitted the applicants to withdraw an amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited in this Court vide order dated 05.05.2025 however, no order with regard to accrued interest was passed. Both the applicants are also entitled to accrued interest, if any, on the deposited amount of Rs.50,000/-.

The applicant no. 2 is only permitted to act on behalf of applicant no. 1 to comply with the official formalities for withdrawal of the said amount. Needless to mention that the amount shall be given to the respective applicants.
