It is contended that this Court vide its order dated 18/06/2025 set aside the order passed by the Scrutiny Committee and directed to grant opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner appeared on 08/07/2025 and filed her reply along with one document. 3.

The learned AGP submits that the document was not earlier on record. Therefore, vigilance enquiry is needed in the matter and some extension of time is also required. 4.

In view of this submission, the time is extended by another four months. The Caste Scrutiny Committee is directed to conduct vigilance enquiry restricted to the KHUNTE
