Present application is filed for grant of permission to amend the petition in view of reply filed by the respondent. It is contended by the respondent in reply that the Government Resolution dated 03/03/2023 is not applicable to the private institutions. The petitioners seek permission to amend the petition by adding grounds and prayer clause. 2.
Though, it is objected by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the permission is granted to amend the application in the interest of justice.

Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of one week.
