NO. 2015/2025 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 2288/2024 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 12/09/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.Nos. 4A (a) to 4A (c) by way of paper publication. As stated in the application, the aforesaid respondents could not be served for want of correct address. Further, it is stated that the aforesaid respondents intentionally refused to take notice. Thus, the petitioners want to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Dainik Bhaskar' Nagpur Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
