DATED : 04.03.2026 This is an application seeking an amendment to the writ petition. The proposed amendment is in the nature of subsequent events which have occurred during the pendancy of the petition.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader opposes the amendment application on the ground that, vide communication dated 27.02.2026, the said aspects have already been taken care of.

The learned Counsel for the respondent Nos. 3 and 4, however, has no objection for the amendment.

In that view of the matter, the amendment application is allowed.

The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.

The amended copy be served on the other side. WRIT PETITION NO. 4130/2022 The learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record a communication dated 27.02.2026, by which the respondent No.2 has informed that the proposal of deemed date has been accepted by the said respondents. 2.

The said communication is taken on record and marked as Exh. 'X' for identification.
