CIVIL APPLICATION (CAW) NO. 2050/2025 Present application is filed for issuance of appropriate directions to the respondent No.2 - Divisional Commissioner and Regional Director, Municipal Council Administration, Amravati, to decide the representation made by the petitioner dated 29/11/2024.

It is the contention of the petitioner that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner has successfully passed 10th Standard Examination, which is equivalent to be appointed as driver. He has also placed on record the information obtained under Right to Information Act that there are four sanctioned permanent posts of driver.

In view of this position, the respondent No.2 - Divisional Commissioner and Regional Director, Municipal

Respondent No.4 - Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Yavatmal, is hereby directed to keep one post of driver vacant till the decision on the representation of the petitioner by the respondent No.2.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
