No. 6 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that notice could not be served upon aforesaid respondent through usual mode as well as registered post also. Thus, the petitioner wants to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Deshonnati' in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
