NO. 2111/2025 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 4727/2025 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 19/09/2025 This application is taken out for grant of permission to delete the name of R.No. 2- Principal, Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur from the array of the respondents. It is stated in the application that while effecting personal service of the writ petition upon the respondents, the petitioner discovered that the post of Principal at the Maharashtra National Law University Nagpur does not exist.

Hence, the petitioner prays for deletion of name of aforesaid respondent from the array of respondents.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to delete the name of aforesaid respondent from the array of respondents, at the risk of the petitioner.

As regards R.Nos. 1, 3 and 4, returnable date is extended by five weeks.
