As per application, notice sent to the Respondent No.5 came back unserved with an endorsement "Deceased", hence petitioner enquired about the same and came to know that the Respondent No.5, Secretary has expired. Hence, petitioner prays for amending the petition by replacing the name of R.No. 5 as Qidwai High School Staff and Students Welfare Association through its President.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent returnable within five weeks.
