The present Application is filed by the Petitioner for grant of permission to amend the Writ Petition.
(2) It is submitted that the notice issued to the Respondent No. 5 - Secretary of Qidwai High School Staff and Students Welfare Association, Nagpur returned with a remark "deceased". Hence, the Petitioner seeks permission to replace the Secretary with the President of the said Welfare Association as the Respondent No. 5. (3) As such, the Application is allowed. Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of three days.
