The present Application is filed by the Petitioner for grant of permission to amend the Writ Petition.

(2) By way of this Application, the Petitioner wants to bring on record the subsequent development in respect of the admission of the Petitioner.

(3) There is no serious objection on behalf of the Respondents to allow the amendment.

(4) For the reasons stated in the Application, the Application is allowed. Necessary amendment to be carried out forthwith. ..

(6) The caste certificate of the Petitioner is issued by the Deputy Collector, Nagpur. As there are old documents and validity granted in favour of the Petitioner's father and grandfather, in the meanwhile, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (iv-a). (7) Call record and proceedings from the Caste Scrutiny Committee, Nagpur.

(8) The learned AGP to procure the records and place it on record before the next date.
