The present Application is filed for grant of permission to amend the Petition. By way of this amendment, the Petitioner wants to raise the ground which was inadvertently not mentioned in the main Petition.

(2) For the reasons stated in the Application, the Application is allowed. Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today.

(3) In the meanwhile, the parties to maintain status-quo as on today. (4) Shri Sable, learned Counsel waives notice for the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3.
