Death certificate is annexed with pursis. Hence, the applicants pray for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent on record.

It is seen that the respondent has expired on 07/07/2025 during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 10/09/2025 i.e.

within time stipulated and right to sue survives.

Hence, the application is allowed.

Permission is granted to the applicants to bring the legal heirs of the deceased respondent on record.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
