1(g)-Sunil s/o Laxman Patil is the power of attorney holder of R.Nos.

1(a) to (u). It is further stated that notice could not be served upon R.No.

1(g) due to changed address. It is stated in the application that the surname of R.No. 1(g) was wrongly mentioned as 'Patil' instead of 'Lamsonge'. Hence, the petitioner prays for changing the surname and address of R.No. 1(g) in the cause title.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.

Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within five weeks.
