It is common ground that in para no. 3 of the order dated 08.08.2025 while permitting respondent no. 1 to withdraw the amount along with accrued interest the word "no" was inadvertently missing before the word "further". According to both the learned counsel once respondent no. 1 is permitted to withdraw the amount than no further order is required but, inadvertently the word "no" is missing from the order before the word "further". However, the Registry reads it that further order is required for withdrawal of the amount. RR Jaiswal

I find substance in the joint request of the parties that once the Court has allowed to withdraw the amount by respondent no. 1 along with accrued interest, no further order is required.

Accordingly in para no. 3 of the order dated 08.08.2025 before the word "further" the word "no" shall be added.
