It appears that three months' time was granted to decide the claim of the petitioner afresh by this Court, however, it could not be concluded within three months. For the reasons mentioned in paras-1 to 7, we feel it appropriate to extend the time by another four months. Hence, the application is allowed.

The time of four month's is extended to decide the caste claim of the petitioner. The learned AGP to communicate the order to respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee. The application stands disposed of.
