NO. 2216/2025 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 7229/2024 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 26/09/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.Nos. 5 to 7 by way of paper publication. As stated in the application, the aforesaid respondents could not be served for on the given address. It is further stated that the petitioner has not been able to obtain their present address even after making diligent inquiries. Thus, the petitioner wants to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Dainik Bhaskar'Amravati Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.

As regards R.No. 8, two weeks time is granted to supply copy.
