No. 2223/2025 in Writ Petition No.8568/2022 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 10.06.2026 The civil application is filed by petitioner under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon l Respondent No.2 by way of paper publication. It is contended that notice issued to respondent No.2 received back unserved with bailiff report - refused to accept. It is further stated in the application that petitioner has taken all the efforts to serve respondent No.2. However, he failed to do so. Thus, the petitioner wants to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper "Navbharat', Nagpur edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
