Ms Rutuja Palaspagar, learned counsel, states that she has instructions to appear on behalf of the petitioners and that she will be filing her Vakalatnama in the course of the day 2.

In that view of the matter, Mr. S.I. Khan, learned counsel, is hereby discharged from these petitions. CAW NO. 2238 OF 2025 IN WP NO.3808 OF 2024 3.

This Court, vide its order dated 28.03.2025, had directed that the petitioners shall not be replaced by other contractual workers till next date. Despite this, the communication dated 02.09.2025 is issued by the respondents, which is brought to our notice by way of present application.
