The present Application is filed by the Petitioner for grant of permission to add 'State Common Entrance Test Cell' as party Respondent No. 5 in the present Petition.

(2) For the reasons stated in the Application, the Application is allowed. Permission, as prayed for is granted. Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of three days. (3) After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the added Respondent No. 5, returnable on 03/12/2025.

(4) The office note shows that notice issued to the Respondent No. 3 is received back unserved for want of time.
