As stated in the application, the aforesaid respondents could not be served for on the given address and inspite of efforts, the correct address could not be obtained. Thus, the petitioner wants to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
