It is stated in the application that notice issued to Respondent No.2 received back unserved for want of correct address. The petitioner in the said application has provided correct address of Respondent No.2. Thus, the petitioner wants to serve Respondent No.2 on correct address and to make necessary amendment.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to aforesaid respondent, returnable within four weeks.
