By this application, the applicant herein seeks deletion of the names of respondent No.4 - Narendra B. Selote and respondent No.5 Rajeshwar Raghunath Hirekar from the cause title, and further seeks permission to implead the newly appointed trustees as mentioned in Para No.4 as respondent Nos.4, 5, 6 and 7.

Considering the averments made in the application, application is allowed. Permission to delete the names of respondent Nos.4 and 5 is granted at the risk of the petitioner. Necessary amendment be carried out within one week from today.

In view thereof, the application is disposed of accordingly.

By this application, applicant is seeking intervention in the matter stating that he is having some interest in the present matter. Though the same is opposed by the original petitioner on the ground that by applicant is not having locus to intervene in the matter. 5.
Considering the averments made in the application and the reply submitted by petitioner, I am inclined to allow the present application. The petitioner is directed to add present applicant as party respondent No.8. Amendment be carried out within one week from today.

In view thereof, the application is disposed of accordingly.
