DATED : 24.02.2026 This is an application seeking permission to amend the petition. The proposed amendment is regarding adding of State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, as a party and consequent amendment in the prayer clause. This application seems to have been filed on 04.09.2025, however, after perusal of the record, it is revealed that on 03.09.2025 itself, on oral request, leave was granted to amend the writ petition by adding CET and College as party respondent Nos. 2 and 3. It seems that the said amendment in so far as the addition of parties, is already carried out. In that view of the matter, the civil application is allowed to the extent of the addition of a prayer clause, since respondent
(2) 7 wp 1213-2025 Nos. 2 and 3 are already added by virtue of the order referred supra. The Civil Application is disposed of. 2.
Shri Gayakwad, learned Counsel for respondent No.2, states that he has already waived notice for respondent No.2, Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, however, he has not received a copy of the writ petition. 3.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner is therefore directed to serve a copy of the petition on the learned Counsel for respondent No.2 within three working days. 4.
The amendment be carried out within three working days as stated above.

Place the matter for further consideration on 24.03.2026.
