As per application, at the time of supplying copy of petition, the petitioner came to know that the name of President is wrongly mentioned as "Mahadeo Ramnarayan Vidrohi". It is further stated that the present President of the R.No. 3 Sarva Seva Sangh is Chandan Pal. Hence, petitioners seek to amend the writ petition with the name R.No.

3-Sarva Seva Sangh, through its President Shri Chandan Pal s/o Sisir Kumar Pal.

Further it is stated that the Petitioner No. 7-Shivdas Ghude is wrongly mentioned again at Sr. No. 12 and Petitioner No. 11Anil Salve is wrongly mentioned at Sr. No.

13. Hence, Petitioner Nos. 12 and 13 needs to be deleted.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the R.No. 3, returnable on 24.11.2025.

Petitioners are permitted to delete the name of Petitioner Nos. 12 and 13 at their own risk.
