This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking direction to declare the result of Bachelor of Occupational Therapy Course 1st year Summer-2025 examination. 3.

The caste claim of the petitioner has been invalidated by respondent no.1 Committee. By the interim order, the petitioner was allowed to take admission in Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, which is a Four year course and permitted her to appear for the examination, subject to outcome of the petition. However, while protecting the petitioner, this Court directed respondent no.2 not to declare the result of the petitioner without prior approval of the Court. 4.

Since the lis in respect of caste claim of the petitioner is pending and petitioner is pursuing the course

2 919 caw2371.25.odt which is of four years, we deem it appropriate to direct respondent no.2 to declare the 1st year Summer-2025 examination result of Bachelor of Occupational Therapy course, which is being pursued by the petitioner. It is made clear that the degree, if any, with regard to this course in respect of the petitioner shall be subject to outcome of this petition.

The civil application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
