The present Application is filed by the Respondent No. 1 - Caste Scrutiny Committee for extension of three months' time to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner.

(2) It is contended that the report of handwriting expert and the forensic report of the documents are still awaited. Moreover, an Application is forwarded to the Law and Judiciary Department for its approval. In view thereof, further extension is required. (3) As such, the Application is allowed. The Caste Scrutiny Committee is granted time till 31/12/2025 to conclude the enquiry and decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner. However, it is made clear that ..
