The present application has been filed by the petitioners seeking permission to amend the petition by bringing certain subsequent developments on record and to add the Superintendent of Police, Gadchiroli, as respondent No.2. 3.

Since the notices are not yet issued in the present petition, there is no impediment in allowing the present application.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. The petitioners are permitted to carry out the amendment during the course of the day.

The civil application is accordingly disposed of.

The petitioners seek challenge to the impugned order dated 9th May, 2025, passed by respondent No.1 - District Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Gadchiroli, thereby invalidating the caste claim of the petitioners towards 'Zade' (Nomadic Tribe-C).

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 4th November, 2025.

Mr. A.V. Palshikar, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice on behalf of the respondents. 10.
