Nos. 2 and 3 on corrected and additional address. As per application, the R. Nos. 2 and 3 are deliberately avoiding the service on the given address. Hence, the petitioner is requesting for permission to serve aforesaid respondents on their corrected and additional addresses by regular mode and through RPAD/Speed Post.

The petitioner has provided corrected new addresses of R. Nos. 2 & 3 in the application. Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents, returnable within five weeks. Necessary RPAd postage be provided.
