This is an application for speaking to minutes in respect of order dated 25.09.2025 passed in CAW Nos. 2048/23 and 2042/23.

It is stated that in the order dated 25.09.2025, in place of "petitioner No.2(a)", wrongly "petitioner no.3" is recorded. The learned counsel, therefore, seeks correction to that effect in the order dated 25.09.2025. 3.

In view of the above, the word "petitioner no.3" appearing in the order dated 25.09.2025 be substituted with word "petitioner no.2(a)".

Necessary correction be carried out and corrected order be uploaded.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
