The present Application is filed by the Respondent - Caste Scrutiny Committee for extension of three months' time to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner.

(2) The Petitioner has already submitted all the relevant documents which were in possession of the Petitioner. The Respondent - Scrutiny Committee has to decide the claim of the Petitioner considering those documents and the documents which were produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class has nothing to do with the enquiry. (3) As such, two months' time is extended to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner. However, it is made clear that the Caste Scrutiny ..
