It is stated in the application that the petitioner has made every effort to serve R. Nos.4 & 5. Thus, the petitioner wants to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper "Dainik Bhaskar" at Nagpur District in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
