The petitioners have filed the application seeking to dispose of the petition with liberty to challenge the award passed by respondent No.2 and to seek enhanced compensation in terms of the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Union of India and Another vs. Tarsem Singh and Others - 2025 SCC OnLine SC 235.

In view of above, the petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for, however, subject to there being no other legal impediment to challenge the award.
