The present Application is filed by the Respondent - Caste Scrutiny Committee for extension of three months' time to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner.

(2) For the reasons stated in the Application, the Application is allowed. Further two months' time is extended to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner. However, it is made clear that the Caste Scrutiny Committee shall make all endeavours to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner within the extended period. Interim protection granted to the Petitioner to continue till the decision of the Scrutiny Committee. (3) The Application stands disposed of.
