As per bailiff's report, Respondent No.5 has left the country, and the petitioner has tried to find out known address of R.No. 5, but could not get the same. Thus, the petitioner wants to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent at his last known address by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Dainik Bhaskar (Hindi)' Nagpur Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
