It is stated in the application that Respondent No.139 expired on 18/07/2025. Copy of death certificate is annexed with application. Hence, it is necessary to bring legal heirs of Respondent No.

139 on record.

It is seen that the Respondent No.139 has expired on 18/07/2025 during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 15/10/2025 i.e. within time stipulated and right to sue survives.

Hence, the application is allowed.

Permission is granted to the petitioner to bring the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No. 139 on record. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
